Heifer Kenya is looking to hire a knowledge management consultant or firm to conduct an extensive knowledge management on the Catalytic Impact for Dairy Sector growth project. The main aim of this exercise is to gather and organize the lessons and insights derived from both the intended and achieved outcomes. The resulting knowledge products will serve as essential resources for sharing knowledge with a wide range of stakeholders, such as officials from the National and County Governments, policymakers, participants from the private sector, donors, development partners, financial institutions, and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).

Heifer International through Heifer Netherlands (HNL) seek a consultant to assist in developing Heifer’s portfolio of projects that assist in transitioning food systems to renewable energy source in order to access funding from various donors (such as the Ikea Foundation, the International Climate Initiative (IKI), and Mitigation Action Facility (MAF). The consultant should be able to quickly familiarize him/herself/themselves with Heifer’s unique approach to agricultural development while caring for the earth, and assist in creating an overview of Heifer’s track record on renewables, while providing advice to positioning/design teams to frame this portfolio in such a way it will attract potential donors.
